Shipping & Online Order Cancellations/Returns
Gator Haven Shipping
We take pride in ensuring our customer online orders are filled in a timely manner from when they are placed. They are typically filled during regular store hours and within 1-2 business days (please refer to the hours found at the bottom of the website).
We currently offer the following shipping rates:
1st Class Mail (2 days) - order less than $10 - $2.74
1st Class Package(2 days) - order more than $10.01 and less than $75 - $5.00
1st Class Package (2 days) - greater than $75.01 - FREE
Gator Haven is not held responsible and will not reimburse for carrier delays of any kind, customer shipping information entry errors, lost or stolen packages, failed delivery attempts or any carrier delivery exceptions.
Order and shipping confirmations will be sent via email.
Online Order Cancellations
Orders are generally shipped in 1–2 business days, so contact us immediately should you want to cancel your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Should an order cancellation occur after an order ships it will be handled under our returns policy.
Online Order Returns
Any damaged items received from an online order PLEASE contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, so a return receipt request may be processed and emailed to you. We will contact you within 2 business days to coordinate your return. Please do not return goods without contacting Gator Haven first.
Your refund will be issued once your returned item has been received in the original product packaging.
It is suggested that returns be shipped by a carrier that provides signature confirmation. Gator Haven does not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.
The return process must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Please allow us up to 48 hours to process your refund; it may take longer for the refund to be processed by your bank and/or credit card company.
Gator Haven only accepts returns of products purchased from gatorhaven.com.
